Any activity carried out on your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. joygame88 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials, failed to secure your device or otherwise contributed to the security breach.

joygame88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only via the payment methods listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where technically possible, with any associated costs borne by the sender.

The minimum deposit amount at joygame88 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit stated in these Terms, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside joygame88's control.

joygame88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. joygame88 is not responsible for any fees levied by your Easypaisa account, JazzCash wallet, bank or card issuer in connection with a deposit transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your joygame88 account within minutes. In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to payment provider systems. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Withdrawal requests at joygame88 are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to another verified payment method registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests you can submit, subject to your available real-money balance.

Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance resulting from your own deposits, and bonus funds that have been fully wagered through, are available for withdrawal at any given time.

joygame88 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours in the normal course of business. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive in the player's wallet within 5–10 minutes of processing confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's clearing times.

joygame88 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, referral rewards and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general terms set out here. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

All bonus funds credited to a joygame88 account are subject to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 3x the bonus amount — meaning if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager Rs 3,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable real money.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date are automatically removed from your account without notice.

• Automated play: The use of any bot, macro, script or automated software to interact with joygame88 games or systems on behalf of a player is prohibited.

Violations of the fair play policy will be investigated thoroughly. joygame88 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation, void any wins obtained through prohibited conduct and permanently close accounts where violations are confirmed, with no obligation to return any balance associated with the violation.

joygame88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
